I have a passion for assisting young adults and adults in finding a sense of purpose and fulfillment, rebuilding self-worth, reworking negative thought processes, relaxation training, and overall mind and body wellness. I also have a passion for assisting people who have experienced a difficult relationship (narcissistic or borderline) heal emotionally and regain a sense of self-worth.
I integrate a blended approach to therapy including; cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, relaxation techniques, and purpose seeking work. I value the importance of a holistic perspective in blending healing one’s mind, body, and spirit. Our thoughts play a big part in our sense of life and self and I would like to work with you to restructure the negative thought processes to bring about true and lasting change.
